SMART HOLDING

Today the investment activity of Smart Holding embraces various, quite diverse industries: metallurgy, shipbuilding and machine building, non-metal mining, agriculture and food processing, construction, banking and insurance. Smart Holding participates in such businesses as a strategic investor, as well as a majority or minority shareholder. Smart Holding carries out investment activities in the majority of Ukrainian regions; the number of the employees for the enterprises in the sphere of interests of the holding makes up about 100 thousand people. Throughout 2005-2008, capital investments exceeded UAH 7 billion. The president and the main beneficiary of Smart Holding is Vadim Novinskiy.
