International Logistics Company, Inc. was established in 1997 by Cooper T. Smith Stevedoring. CTS is a very large privately owned asset owning stevedoring company with our coorporate offices located in Mobile, AL. The Cooper Group of Companies operate independent or in partnerships from East to West, Gulf Coast, and on the inland river systems of the United States. We also operate abroad in Brazil, Columbia, Venezuela, and Mexico. Our group offers full management of logistical movements for steel and bulk products. Services include: stevedoring, barging, terminal, trucking, rail, warehouse, inventory, distribution, etc. through utilization of our own assets or arranged through others. We do not buy or sell steel. We participate in logistical movements of steel throughout the entire United States.
