Two new external growth operations. IMS carried out the acquisition of two French companies: ATR (2007 sales of 3.5 million euros), a distributor of engineering tubes, on 4th June 2008, and Euralliage (2007 sales of 9 million euros), a distributor of non-ferrous metals (essentially aluminium and copper), on 1st July 2008.
