Heibei Zhonggang Steel Co., Ltd, (Tangshan Binfen Colorful Steel Co., Ltd before), founded in December 2002, is a J.V. between China and Hongkong, situated in Yutian Industrial Park, just beside the National Way No. 102,. The company covers over 500,000 square meters, and it is entitled Garden Unit by Tangshan Municipality, thanks to it's beautiful environment and comprehensive facilities. The company currently can annually process 600,000metric tons of acid pickling steel plate, 500,000 metric tons of cold rolled steel plate, 450,000 metric tons of galvanized steel plate and 400,000 metric tons of painting steel plate.
