CAPITAL AFRICA STEEL Capital Africa Steel (CAS) was established in 2003. Its core function is to invest in entities that supply construction materials to the construction industry, namely steel and concrete products. Its activities include the manufacture, beneficiation and trading of ferrous and non-ferrous metal and metal products. CAS is owned by Brait Private Equity Ltd, WBHO Ltd and Caracal Investments (Pty) Ltd. Currently CAS has investments in the following companies: RMS, DSI S.A, Symo Corporation, Mecca Trading, 3Q Concrete and Capital Star Steel.
